Privacy Policy

• Both parties acknowledge and agree that all information, materials, and insights exchanged between them during the course of the Creator Chart’s Program, including but not limited to strategies, data analyses, and recommendations, are confidential and proprietary.
• Each party shall refrain from disclosing, reproducing, or distributing any confidential information to any third party, directly or indirectly, without the prior written consent of the other party.
• Both parties further agree not to disclose or publicise, either directly or indirectly, any details regarding the involvement of each other in the Creator Chart’s Program, its development, or any related activities, to any third party or on any public platforms, including social media, without the explicit written consent of both parties.
• Any breach of this confidentiality clause by either party shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement, entitling the non-breaching party to seek injunctive relief, damages, or any other legal remedies available under law.
• The obligations under this confidentiality clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement and shall continue for a period of [specific time, e.g., "two years"] from the date of disclosure of such confidential information, unless express written consent is obtained from both parties to waive these obligations.
